Customer Deposits
Anyone have any suggestions about modifying - adding to the customer deposit process. We often take deposits on jobs small and large and then collect the final balance on invoice. The current process requires the sales person to bill the sales order to create the invoice, check to see if there was a deposit taken, then go back and apply the deposit and then print the invoice for delivey.
Any way to automate this? Or warn the sales person there was a deposit taken? Can it be scripted upon save to look for a deposit?
