Alerting on Prospects that get stuck in a particular status

Hello,

I need to create some reporting that can alert the sales manager when a prospect is in a particular status for too long.  For example, a list of prospects that have been in the "In Discussion" status for more than 15 business days.

Is there any way to do this?
