Looking for an ongoing support recommendation

Hello All,

We're new to NetSuite and having a heck of a time getting up and going with it. Does anyone have recommendations for a very responsive, but reasonably priced, outside support company? We're a small organization and had to shoehorn our way into NetSuite to begin with - we can't quite afford to pay another $300+ a month for ongoing support.
