Hi to everybody viewing this-
I have a small problem to solve.  My company's primary business is buying and selling liquidated merchandise.  A minor piece of the process of the buying involves recieving and reviewing samples of items that our customers would like us to take a look to to see if we would be interested in purchasing.  Each sample comes with a form filled out by the customer giving the details of the item: weight, colors, pricing, quantities available, etc., and the sample itself.  I need a way to input the form into the NetSuite database so that I can store it and allow
