Using NetSuite In France?

We are currently running NetSuite in several of our locations around the world, each a different instance and then consolidated. We are looking to implement NetSuite in our French operations. Has anyone successfully launched NetSuite in France?  I have heard conflicting reports that NetSuite cannot currently generate the proper reports and tax information to be compliant with French GAPP.  Furthermore, I have heard of some minor translation issues, can anyone elaborate.

Any feed back would be appreciated.
