CRMSDK tag - can I create a custom tag

I would like to have a CRMSDK tag for email header and footer so that I can change the header and footer (say to change tag line, etc) I can just change the contents of a custom tag and not have to go into every single template that I have customized just to change the tag line.

Is this possible and if so, how can I add my own CRMSDK tags?
