Best way to see service item lost?
Let me explain what I am trying to accomplish. We are a service company that sells hardware and monthly service. The service is setup as an indefinite memorized transaction.
We are trying to do some marketing research and find out what product was lost at the time the customer cancels service. For example (we have different hardware with the same service plan). What is the best way to run a report on canceled customers(customers status changed to Customer-Cancelled) (for an individual month) and have a summary of what product was lost.
