How to search this Forum - multiple keywords

What syntax is used in searching this Forum?  Can anyone give me an example of searching using two keywords and only returning entries that contain both.  Seems when I place two words in a search I get entries that contain either which is not really narrowing results.

How do I search this forum for entries containing 'This' and 'That'  ?
