Promotion Codes for Expenses

Hi All,
We are using Promotion Codes to track all of our income and it works fine.
However, we want to add Promotion Codes to our Expenses as well.  Is that possible? I have been all over the forms and can't seem to find PC anywhere.  I call Gold Support and they couldn't help.
