NetSuite Development Standards

Has anyone put together a set of software development standards for use in customizing NetSuite that you wouldn't mind sharing?

I'm talking about these type of things:
[LIST]
[*]Business Rules[LIST]
[*]Clearly documenting each rule
[*]Identifying a link from each rule to the implementing code[/LIST]
[*]Naming Conventions
[*]Testing Procedures in a live production system
[*]Internal Comments
[*]Configuration Management
[*]Documentation of Customizations
[*]etc[/LIST]All serious software development teams I have been involved with have had something like a "Development Standards Document" or equivalent. All developer's were required to follow these standards, or obtain a waiver.
