Preventing Spam to support case emails
We are using he Netsuite for case email and it really has been working pretty well. We have an email support@vandamme.com that forwards to netsuite email.
Lately we have been getting a lot of spam email (and also out of office messages) that create new cases and are causing us extra work.
Does anybody have a suggestion for this issue?
