Exporting Complete Netsuite Structure

Is there a way of exporting the complete Netsuite Structure (forms, custom fields etc) to another instance of Netsuite?  We are considering buying separate instances for some of our other companies but this will be uneconomic if it will takes weeks of work re-creating forms, custom fields, reports, views etc. in the new instance.
