Best Way To Get Sales Team on Netsuite

I was wondering if anyone has any documents relating to incentives and procedures that help get your sales team more interested in using Netsuite and using it as a tool for sales.
I totally understand all the tools that Netsuite provides for the sales teams, but we've had a hard time training and getting the sales team to actively log all their tasks, phone call, events as well as managing their leads and prospects in general. We also use a third party ordering system, so they spend less time in the software creating quotas and orders, and only use it for tracking. The sales team is also spread across the US so one and one training, especially for software as specific as this is difficult.
