Saved Search Functionality

Is it possible to automatically bulk edit customer information in a Saved Search?

Story: I am trying to provide an automated Price Level"upgrade". I want to show certain customers a better price than others.
I have created a Saved Search so that customers who meet my criteria are already inducted into a unique Group. Unfortunately, their Price Level remains the same.

Question: Is there any way to have the customers' Price Level automatically "upgrade" when they meet the requirements of the Unique Group?
