Search credit card number field

I'm having a hard time getting a saved search that will return all credit card numbers starting with 4715 xxxx xxxx xxxx.

I've been trying different variations and for the life of me cannot get this one to work.  I've tried:

is 4715%
is 4715_
is "4715%"
...
and so on. But nothing works.

Is this field locked down in some way due to PCI compliance and NetSuite?

I appreciate any help!
