Data Restore?

We have a general question on what the standard NetSuite offering and practice is for data restore.  If we have a problem and need to restore our data to one point in the past (say, last month-end or quarter-end), is that do-able?

If so, how far back does NetSuite store/save the backups?

Does this also apply to customized codes?
