Sales/Support Email Address
We use one general email address for incoming sales leads and support questions. I'm looking for the best way to set this up in netsuite. I looked at making it our support email so that cases are automatically created but then I'd have tons of email sales leads that were cases. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to best implement this? Also, I'm interested in hearing about anyones suggestions for outlook integration. Should I bother or not?
