Help/direction to implement a vendor/trucking process

Hi All,
  Tried to figure this one out on my own for awhile now (and by reading, reading, reading as always, yes I 'lurk' in here :cool:)   What I am finally realizing is that this is a part of our business process that has not been truly implemented well, if at all,  in our acct yet.  Therefore, I am respectfully asking for some help/thoughts getting this portion of our biz in great NS form from the beginning.
