customer firstname/lastname required fields
Currently, when a customer places an order on the web site they can (and do!!) leave the last name blank.
For instance, I received an order for "Mary" in New York City. No last name. No last name on address, no last name on credit card information.
It is very rare for a business to accept web orders with incomplete information, yet NS does not make both fields manditory.
There is an enhancement in for this, and if you feel it is important, please file an "enhancement" to be added to this enhancement.
