Enhancement for report/export of account configuration

Strictly speaking this isn't a best practice -- except in terms of best practices for internal documentation -- but it seemed the best place to put it.... 

If anyone else would like to be able to run and export a report of your account configuration (enabled features, settings, options, preferences - everything), please vote for enhancement #70387. 

This was an existing enhancement request (with only two votes so far), and it also requests the ability to export the configuration from one account and import it into another account.  That part isn't something we need, but I can see how it would be useful for others.
