REQUEST: Add a SERVICES Folder in the User Group

Can we get  services company group folder to exchange information between services organizations using Netsuite?  I am sure there are a few of us out there struggling with work arounds for services related issues.

Could possibly just make an industry folder and list the different types so we can all exchange industry specific info in dealing with the system.
