Locking the Customer Status Field
Hi,
I have some sales rep that change the status of some records they change it from Prospect to a Customer-Won.
If i make the status field inline they wont be able to change any status.
My sales process is the following:
Leads actives are assigned to sales rep, when then set an appt they change manually the status from a lead active to a Prospect-Appt set and then when they held the appt they change manually to Prospect-Met with decision makers, after that if everything when well we will receive a contract signed and our office manager creates a sales order to convert the prospect to a customer.
