Contractor - Building Owner Relationships
I sell my products directly to contractors or building owners. In this case, Netsuite works perfectly for me. When I refer a job lead to a contractor, I do the initial negotiations with the job owner and then pass the lead to the contractor. When the job is awarded, it is the contractor that buys from me and not the building owner. So my problem is, the building owner stays a prospect unless I switch him over and I could not connect the 2 records.
NS support suggested using the Subcustomer but this is not going to be a permanent connection. Sometimes, I have multi location customers that require local contractors to work on their jobs.
