Automatic printing and filing documents
We store images of all of our invoices and payments locally. This isn't a big deal with check runs because we can print and save the entire run as one .pdf file. However, with invoices, we prefer to have them filed by customer. Is there any way to have netsuite automatically print and file the invoices, or even just dump them into one of netsuite's file cabinets to be downloaded later?
The issue we run into using the print checks and forms function is that all of the invoices wind up in the same .pdf file. We need them in separate files. It isn't efficient to click save and print on each invoice. We generate a sufficient volume that invoice management is becoming a significant portion of the work, and it really shouldn't be.
