Sales Rep Drop Down On Sales Order Not Working

Hi All,

One of our user roles (Sales Manager) does not allow the drop down selection for sales reps on the Sales Order page. This function works for all other roles that we have but is there something about the Sales Manager role that does not allow the Sales Rep dropdown to work? Is there something I have not clicked on to make this work or is it the role itself?
