Automatically email drop ship PO's Format

I am trying to make it so that my automatically emailed drop ship PO's are emailed as PDF attachments. They are coming through as HTML.

I have switched my default in my personal settings to PDF and it still isn't sending them as PDF.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
