Copying Dashboards

Hi there,
Is there any way to copy a users dashboard (reports, settigns etc) and give it to another user?

We have one employee leaving, who has done a great job in creating custom reports, etc etc and another employee coming in. I would hate to lose all of the useful things she has on her dashboard.

Any suggestions?
