Trying to use Phone Call records but they are too limited
I have a need to track phone calls, not schedule, just record when a user has made a call.
We will sometimes attempt to contact a person 3-4 times in one day, it looks like Phone Call records only record the DATE of the call, but not the time??
I tried customized the sublist view on a record that has phone call records. I added the StartTime field to the results and it displays the DATE but in the UI for a phone call record the starttime field is used to block off time.
Is there some trick to make phone calls display the time of day the call was made?
