Fixed Asset Recommendations?

We are currently looking to implement a fixed asset system that ideally would integrate well with NetSuite (although this is not a requirement).  I have read through some previous posts and people have mentioned:

1.  "Fixed Assets CS" by Thompson
2.  Online One

Does anyone out there use these and can you provide some feedback on what you like/do not like about them? 

Or if you use any other products - what are they and do you like them?

Any solution providers out there, please feel free to contact me directly as well.
