Add multiple mark-up costs from vendor price to final selling price?

In Netsuite, I am updated all our vendor pricing. which is simply enough.

But netsuite, to my knowledge, does not offer this feature I have been looking for..

I begin by entering the vendor price,
From there I would like to add extra costs
Such as,
The cost of shipping it to me from the vendor,
The cost of up charges that may be involved
The cost of importing tax etc...
then
From there I would like to set my own Margin mark-up (profit)
Which would then equal my selling price.

I would hope netsuite offered this, where by I could enter the cost from vendor, than add my extra charges,then my margin,
