How to mass delete emails?

I didn't enable "Outlook integrate", still NS is pulling all my emails into my employee's message tab. Every email is saved in employee's message tab and customer's message tab. My warehouse send invoices out when they press "save" button. My Melbourne warehouse has more than 11,000 emailed invoices now. Every one of the email has a PDF invoice attached. Myself has 1,900 emails saved in NS.
I am worrying after a few years, my NS data file will be too big. How can I mass delete emails? ie. delete all warehouse email invoices. Delete all my emails older than 2 month?
Support says I have to do it one by one. With so many records, it's not possible.
