What is Best Practice for Inbound Faxes?

What is the best practice for handling inbound faxes from customers, such as Purchase Orders (which you turn into Sales Orders)?

If you use an electronic fax service (like "eFax"), you can have the fax sent to a specific email address.

But what is the best way to get that fax-email into NetSuite, and associated with the correct customer?
