Per-Client Pricing

Has anyone used a per-client pricing model with NetSuite?  I understand that there are price levels, but with the number of customer we have this is most likely not the best solution.

I'm curious if anyone has any best practices or possible solutions to that kind of pricing model.  We are a monthly (recurring billing) subscription SaaS company, which may add to the complexity a bit.
