Transaction PDF's

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically collect at one time all open transactions as pdf's for a single customer.
ie: we have a customer that has 110 single open transactions at any given time and they on will request us to email copies of all open invoices.
Up til now we have been opening each invoices-printing-collecting each pdf from downloads area and emailing. Takes some time, as you can imagine.
Was hoping that a script or easier way might be available.
