Best Practices for Multiple Langugaes on Website

Hi everyone -

I have my webstore hosted by Netsuite at www.praxtel.com. My company is an ecommerce company focused on both US and Latin American telecoms. We have found some flaws in the Netsuite system in that parts of the homepage wont serve up in Spanish even if that is the language selected by the user. For the time being, we have defaulted the website to display in Spanish only.  However, we do  not want to miss out any longer on the US english-langugae market.

Has anyone out there encountered some of these problems with Netsuite and multiple languages? How have you worked around the system? Did you have to have a separately hosted landing page for the website to then drive traffic to the relevant sections of the store? We've been having problems with this and would like to know how the Netsuite community has handled multiple languages displayed on their websites.
