Partners to view Logged Phone Calls

We have setup a customer to also be a partner.  I (administrator) can see the notes of phone calls that he logs in, but he cannot see the logged calls that I type in.

It would really be nice if they can see my logged calls so that he does not have to call me for updates. 

Is there any way to make this happen?
