How to mass delete orders?

I have 16 orders from EDI, each order are separated to more than 100 orders in my NS system. Each of the small one is for each of the Kmart DC.
Now I have more than 1,000 orders within a week for customer Kmart.
I need to check them in NS to see if everything is correct. When I ship, invoice, I will only use the main order (16 of them).
Is there anyway to delete the 1,000 orders after I ship them? They are just too many.
