ideas for defaulting shipping terms for specific cust
I have a couple of customers who want us to always ship "Freight Collect" with their UPS account number and I would like to be able to have this default to every sales order done for these customers.
1. Is there a way to enter a specific shipping method on the customer record so that it will default automatically to every sales order? NEVERMIND - I FIGURED THIS ONE OUT.........
Still need to know:
2. Is there a way to have the customer's UPS Account number default in the shipping instruction section of the sales order? If not, can I create a custom record that will print in this area of the sales order (in the "footer" area)?
