HTML Email templates: what tags *should* be included?
I can't find anything in the help that shows a "best practice" html email template. What I'm trying to determine is the tags we need to include, specifically should we include <html>, <head> and <body> tags.
Without knowing what NetSuite is doing behind the scenes I really can't tell. Many email servers and clients will cleanup nasty html, so I can't count on "view source" to tell me what is actually being sent.
If NetSuite is taking the template content and dropping it between <body></body> we need to know that.
