What materials do you reccomend for new employees?

I've got several new employees starting this week.  In the past I have personally trained everyone and now I would like to kickstart their training with some canned material.

I started to look through the NetSuite materials but they seem quite specific - I'm looking for conceptual stuff (think: navigation, searching, record relationships, explanations on how things work)

Not just how to manage customers, but how to "get around" in NetSuite.

Anyone have any suggestions?
