Create Shortcut like for folder in the File Cabinet

Noticed the even if you capture the link displayed at the bottom of the browser, you can't use that link to establish a shortcut to a folder in the File Cabinet.

So is there any other way you can create a shortcut that will direct you to a certain folder?
