getting the custom form name in client suitescript

I know I can have 3 scripts for the 3 different case forms I created, but I would prefer to keep ONE script for the pageInit functions, and based on the form name selected, do an IF on it and code what has to be done for each one.
I can't figure out (if possible) the field name. I'm assuming I would use a Use  nlapiGetFieldValue but can't get the field name
Any help would be appreciated.
