Wrong credit card was charged
Hello,
Just need to find out from everyone if there is a best practice on correcting this issue. We have 2 credit cards set up in NS but when the shipment was shipped, the wrong credit card was charged. The customer called and told us to correct. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
