Saved Search loaded and fields set by url

I am looking for a way to open a saved search from a record or list using a concant statement (Build a link) or some other method.

I have a search that looks at the class internal ID to create class lists from the people registered on the event.  I am looking to create a method to generate a search or list for each of my events that will list all the "students" that are registed on the specific event. 

Currently have a search designed that our staff has to enter the internal ID of the event to create these lists.
