Document/File Cabinet

Hello!  We want to place some documents in a folder in the file cabinet.  Is there anyway to associate a script with the folder?  Our idea is to create a popup that requires the user to agree to acceptable use of the folder or document?

Thoughts appreciated.  It would almost function like the terms & conditions feature with a webstore.
