"Importing" Inventory Adjustment Worksheets

I may need to create A LOT of Inventory Adjustment Worksheets. I know the CSV importer doesn't support them. Do I have ANY other options? Are they exposed via Web Services, XML import or scripting? Is there any way at all to create a lot of these not-manually?
