e-mail reply addresses
Hi,
We've noticed when an e-mail is sent from NetSuite to our contacts, depending on the contact (& presumably the e-mail application they use) the reply e-mail can lose it's link to NetSuite and is just returned to the sender's 'regular' e-mail address.
I am able to reproduce this myself sending e-mails from Netsuite to an Outlook e-mail account and a Hotmail account, where the senders 'regular' (i.e. sign-on e-mail) is in both address books. For the Outlook account everything is fine, the Hotmail account however recognises the 1st part of the e-mail address (i.e. without the associated NetSuite no./link) and substitutes the address book name/e-mail thus losing the NetSuite link.
