Using the Transaction Mass Delete Prior to Go Live

edited Dec 6, 2019 2:38PM in General 2 comments

Are there any issues, concerns, or reasons not to use the special Transaction Mass Delete feature on a OneWorld account just prior to Go Live?

We have a OneWorld account with many customizations and a web services system that syncs it to a Warehouse Management System. We have been implementing this account for a while and were are now ready to conduct some thorough tests before we Go Live.

We would prefer to conduct our extensive testing in the actual Production account (as opposed to a Sandbox account) to make sure we have tested the actual product prior to going live. We expect we will need to make a number of adjustments during this test period.

Howdy, Stranger!
