Storing Customer changes history?
What is the best way of keeping a log of all the changes that were made to Customer record? I'm aware that there are System Notes, but we're looking for a way to create a record (manually) every time Customer is edited, write the changes in that record (as free-form text) and attach it to the edited Customer record. What should be used for such situations - Tasks, Notes, Custom Records, something else? Can it create any problems with reports?
