Handling Bounces of Confirm Subscription Mass Update
So we're in the middle of using the Mass Update to send the Confirm Subscription message to all of our customers who have email addresses. Hopefully we'll have a clean, scrubbed list when this is all over.
We have over 60,000 names, so we're breaking this up into small batches.
As a result, we're getting a large number of bounce-backs (over 1,000 so far), most of them saying that the email address is no longer valid.
So what kind of search criteria do we use to be able to do a mass update to set all these customers to Soft Opt-out?
We've already ran Mass Updates based on previous Campaigns where the response was Delivery Failure or Failed Invalid Address.
